With our online rating system you can pre-rate your orders to both save time and reduce calculation errors.

Application of Rates
- We reserve the right to set delivery appointments according to our Delivery Schedule.
- Our base rates apply only to shipments when we make delivery arrangements and appointments according to our schedule.
- Shipment information must be received by noon each Wednesday for a Thursday/Friday pickup in the same week and 5:00 P. M. Wednesday for a Monday pickup of the next week. Shipment information received after these deadlines will be taken only if space is available.
- We book space for all shipments placed according to the conditions above. We reserve the right to charge for canceled shipments and those, which are reduced in size when we are unable to recover for the lost freight from other sources.
- Rates apply to the gross weight of product and packaging.
Additional Charges
- Exceptional delivery requests may be considered but may involve additional charges.
- Fuel Surcharges (Please see notice)
- Detention of Vehicle: We allow 30 minutes of free time for the first pallet and 10 minutes for each subsequent pallet of every delivery or pick up. Thereafter we will charge $80.00 per hour rounded off to fifteen minute increments.
- Re-delivery: $50.00
- Out of Route: $1.60 per mile
- Canceled and reduced shipments: Will be negotiated.
- Pallet breakdown / driver unload by hand (if required): $8.50 each

Late Charges
Ristow Trucking presets delivery appointments for all consignees as a matter of policy and procedure. We understand the frustration receiving docks face with “NO Shows” however as an LTL carrier, we cannot and will not be held liable for fines. As an LTL carrier, we have multiple customers and shipments on every route. If any one of these shipments is held up at a delivery, each subsequent shipment is delayed. We accept our responsibility to notify the interested parties with a timely response regarding delayed shipments. Our drivers are equipped with mobile phones and instructions to call both Ristow Dispatch and the consignee if they are delayed.
